American Compactor, Inc. is currently developing a compactor which will be
operated by electricity. This unit will still be powered by a pneumatic cylinder,
but it will be equipped with a self-contained air compressor and tank.
The sound of the compressor will be muffled to ensure quiet operation.
This compactor will be targeted for those who do not have compressed air
readily available, or if noise is a concern.
